Art and technology are commonly separated into different categories, even though they are fed from the same roots. Like the creative replication of nature evolved into fine arts, the efforts for understanding the natural laws led to science and technology.
tactileV.16 is supposed to be an icon for the close relationship of these elements, not only for the knowledge about their unity, but mainly for the sensual experience.

tactileV.16 is a fusion of two exciting worlds. Besides the natural materials for the look and the feel there is a lot of high-tech involved. The film shows the sophisticated processes to meet the high demands for precision and to reach the exquisite refinement by traditional craftsmanship. - Diversity and Uniqueness
Major attributes of evolution´s design-language are diversity of the species and uniqueness of the individual. tactile V.16 pays tribute to both. Finest woods with very different charisma are converted into distinctive pieces. Each is one of a kind. 
- Ergonomics
Interpreting evolution´s design also includes the care for the user's health and comfort. The relaxed handling of tactile V.16 minimizes the risk of over-stressing muscles and fibres of the hand and lower arm, widely known as "Repetitive Strain Injury Syndrome". Keeping all movements of the human hand as natural as possible is tactile V.16´s dominant goal and advantage in this field.
