A collection of ceramic tableware for molecular kitchen through developed the analysis of scientific processes, the morphology of the elements and the compositional language in the creations of molecular kitchen.
The collection has been designed to create the display requirements for chefs, and furthermore to give the public a complete taste experience.
The morphology was studied to show the expressions of the molecular kitchen, enhancing the presentation of shapes, colors and taste, creating a new support for different combinations.
The particular surface texture has been obtained by the immersion of sheets of wax used in beekeeping inside the plaster moulds.
